Cancellation
Integrative Wellness may elect to cancel any training that has less than four participants. If you are traveling by plane to attend the training, contact Integrative Wellness to ensure that the training will take place prior to booking your flight.
Should you be unable to attend a Training or Practice Session, you may elect to attend the following training or Practice Session and apply your tuition fee in full, or you may request a refund, provided that you cancel prior to 30 days before the Training is scheduled to run.
Should you withdraw from the Training within the 30 days prior to the actual Training date and Integrative Wellness is able to fill your seat from a waiting list, your tuition may be applied to a future Training within the next 12 months.
If Integrative Wellness is unable to fill your seat, your tuition is forfeit and non-applicable to future Training. Should you elect to attend a future Training, full tuition will be required.

Airports
There are four major airports located within 2-2.5 hours, that you can use to travel to Woodstock, VT.
Bradley International, Windsor Locks, CT
Manchester Airport, Manchester, NH
Logan Airport, Boston, MA — Cape Air flies small planes into Lebanon, NH from Logan
Burlington International Airport, Burlington, VT
Rental Car
A rental car is recommended for travel from your chosen airport to Woodstock. There are buses that service the Woodstock area, however cabs are not available in Woodstock, and travel from the bus stations in Lebanon and White River Junction can cost $75.
Bus Service
There is bus service to White River Junction, VT from Burlington, VT via Greyhound.
Bus service from Logan to Lebanon, NH is also available on the Dartmouth Coach.
It is possible that a driver service can be arranged from the bus station to your hotel in Woodstock, however, you’ll need to find transportation to and from the hotel for the Training. To inquire about driver service, email Integrative Wellness.
Lodging
Integrative Wellness may be able to secure a group hotel rate for your stay, depending on the number of participants who will require lodging. If this is the case, you will receive an email notifying you of the hotel with group rates.
Sharing rental car, hotel or driver service
Should you be interested in sharing your rental car, hotel room or driver service, let Integrative Wellness know by email that you are willing to have your name and email shared with other participants in the Training looking to do the same. You’ll then be free to make arrangements with one of your Training colleagues.
