Joan Randall
Joan Randall is the founder of Integrative Wellness and the creator of The Randall Method™, an advanced suite of Biomagnetic Therapy protocols grounded in extensive clinical research and experience. Through this body of work, she has pioneered comprehensive approaches to addressing pathogens—including bacteria, fungus, parasites, and viruses—and complex conditions such as Lyme disease and post-Covid symptoms.
Best known for creating the Lyme Magnetic Protocol™, Joan has successfully applied and taught this method for more than 14 years. More recently, she developed the Post-Covid Magnetic Protocol™, offering renewed hope for those struggling with lingering effects of viral illness.
Joan’s path to healing began with her own personal battle against Lyme disease. After years of ineffective antibiotic and herbal treatments, she turned to Biomagnetic Therapy as a last resort. While traditional biomagnetic methods brought significant improvement, they did not fully resolve the intricate co-infections associated with Lyme. Drawing from her experience, intuition, and deep study, Joan refined and expanded these protocols—ultimately achieving her own full recovery and developing an extensive library of advanced Biomagnetic Therapy methods to help others do the same.
Today, Joan is dedicated to empowering both clients and practitioners. Her mission is to expand access to effective, holistic healing by training more professionals worldwide in her proven Biomagnetic Therapy protocols—helping more people overcome chronic illness and reclaim vibrant health.
Prior to becoming a Biomagnetic Therapist, Joan worked 17 years in the medical field before relocating to Vermont. Once settled there she pursued her desire to give back to the community. She began by working for the nonprofit Vermont Institute for Natural Science. She then filled the position of Executive Director at the Woodstock Area Council of Aging at the Thompson Center. Her last non-profit role was overseeing the development of the new Presidential Library and headquarters as Executive Director for The Calvin Coolidge Memorial Foundation in Plymouth, VT.

Lucy Dunne
Lucy’s journey with Integrative Wellness began in 2020, when a close family member was facing complex health challenges. After witnessing the remarkable healing results achieved through Joan’s Biomagnetic Therapy, Lucy felt deeply inspired and called to learn the work herself.
Over the past five years, she has devoted herself to studying Joan Randall’s Biomagnetic Therapy methodologies, developing a strong understanding of how energy, balance, and targeted magnetic pairings can help restore the body’s natural harmony.
Today, Lucy is a valued in-house Biomagnetic Therapy practitioner at Integrative Wellness. She also plays an active role in assisting with Biomagnetic Therapy trainings and supporting the daily operations of the practice.
With more than 25 years of experience in health and wellness, Lucy brings a grounded, compassionate, and holistic approach to her work. She is passionate about helping others create lasting positive change in their lives through practical, effective, and heart-centered wellness strategies.

Dawn Niles
Dawn joined Integrative Wellness in the summer of 2025, bringing with her a wealth of experience from her own successful practice, Journey to Health, also based in Woodstock. Having personally experienced the transformative effects of Joan Randall’s Biomagnetic Therapy, Dawn is deeply passionate about helping others find renewed health, balance, and inner harmony. She feels truly honored to hold space for each client’s unique path to healing.
Before transitioning into the wellness field, Dawn spent decades in the active travel industry, guiding people through journeys of exploration and discovery. Today, her focus has shifted inward—toward helping others explore the landscape of healing and self-restoration.
At home, family is the center of Dawn’s world. She cherishes time with her husband, children, and grandchildren, and finds joy in nature—whether relaxing by the beach or adventuring through the mountains. Her grounded, compassionate presence brings warmth and steadiness to every session she offers.
